Event Tech Live and Rondayvoo connect exhibitors through new matchmaking tool

Published:

Event Tech Live has announced a new partnership with Rondayvoo by Event Engine to launch an exhibitor partnership matchmaking platform, Rondayvoo/Match, ahead of ETL London 2025. The platform has been designed to help exhibitors discover valuable partnership opportunities with one another, encouraging smarter networking and more meaningful commercial conversations at the show.

Launching on October 27th 2025, Rondayvoo/Match focuses on peer-to-peer partnerships rather than the traditional buyer-exhibitor model. Through seamless integration with FFAIR, the event’s exhibitor manual, participants can opt in with a single click. Once registered, exhibitors complete their full profiles and partnership wishlists, enabling the system to suggest curated matches ranked from “Excellent” to “Some Overlap,” based on shared goals, markets and collaboration potential.

Profiles allow exhibitors to showcase ideal partner types, target industries, and integration capabilities, making each introduction more relevant and commercially useful. Optional WhatsApp buttons also give users the flexibility to connect instantly for on-site coordination. The platform is gated via FFAIR to ensure data protection and authenticity, accessible only to opted-in exhibitors.

Final checks and internal walkthroughs of the integration will take place between October 20th and 25th, before the official go-live to exhibitors via email campaign on October 27th. From launch, users will be encouraged to complete their profiles early and revisit the platform as new matches appear.

“Event Tech Live is always looking for ways to add meaningful value for our exhibitors – and this platform is about unlocking partnerships that could extend far beyond the show floor,” said Adam Parry, Co-founder of Event Tech Live.

Tim Davies, Co-founder of Event Engine, added, “This collaboration with ETL is a natural fit. Rondayvoo/Match is all about surfacing the hidden potential between brands at an event — and there’s no better place for that than Event Tech Live.”

By connecting solution providers, startups, agencies, and established brands, Rondayvoo/Match strengthens ETL’s mission to help the event tech community connect, collaborate, and grow. The initiative represents a new approach to exhibitor networking, transforming it into a curated, data-driven experience that supports long-term commercial success.
