Thermal Grizzly has unveiled its long-awaited high-end GPU waterblock to several YouTube channels and media outlets. The company is also presenting new products in its Delta Mate range. This range promises to be the brand’s ultra high-end, with an industrial-style finish.
A CPU waterblock for AMD!

Notably among the new products is a CPU waterblock for AM5, in the same finishing style as the GPU waterblock. It features a gold finish on the inputs and outputs, a non-nickel-plated inner copper plate and an acrylic cover.
The rear is gold-plated, with a contact surface made entirely of raw copper, without nickel treatment. This choice allows for better thermal conductivity between the waterblock and the CPU.
After offering a direct-die waterblock on Intel and then AMD, designed to be mounted directly on the CPU die without passing through the IHS (the metal cover usually present, which is removed so that the waterblock is in direct contact with the chip). Thermal Grizzly is about to release a less extreme version with a more “classic” waterblock.
Fittings!

Then there are various types of fittings designed by the brand, for your custom watercooling fittings. The objective is clear! To eventually offer a complete range. With the DeltaMate range for waterblocks. The brand is clearly aiming for the ultra high-end. The choice is clearly to be more premium than the competition, represented by Alphacool, EK and others.
A benchmark table!

And finally, there’s a Der8benchtable benchmark table, developed in collaboration between Thermal Grizzly, der8auer (famous German overclocker and head of Thermal Grizzly) and Elmor Labs.
It features a sort of central hub with USB, SATA and other useful connectors, accompanied by an all-round red RGB strip.
