We’ve known for some time that Cooler Master is interested in graphics cards. Already in 2024, during CES, we were able to show you several prototypes based on RTX 40s. This year, once again at CES, we had the opportunity to take a closer look at these cards. There are two versions: an RTX 5090 and an RTX 5080. They share the same size: MASSIVE.

In actual fact, the card itself is no stranger to us, as we have the full PCB of an RTX 5090/5080 ASTRAL from Asus. This is delivered bare from Cooler Master, which has added its own cooling system. Thought you’d seen the biggest RTXs on the market? Well, forget it. What Cooler Master has to offer goes far beyond anything we’ve seen on the market, including the recently announced Noctua RTX 5080. However, don’t expect to find these 2 cards on store shelves – they’re reserved exclusively for Cooler Master PCs.
Over the next few days, we’ll be analyzing and testing these two cards, and bringing you a range of content. If you’re looking for more images and content, don’t hesitate to follow us on our social networks.
What we’re about to show you is that with these cards, users can modify several elements. In particular, they can install RGB or non-RGB fans on the coolers of these Cooler Master GPUs. Even non-Cooler Master fans are compatible. But it’s obviously the thickness of the cooling system that gives us hope for top-level cooling performance. Stay tuned, we’ll tell you more soon.
